Gary
has over 30 years of varied experience as a Tool and Die Maker, which
uniquely
qualifies him to understand the problems and opportunities of this

every level. Gary was promoted into our management team and with skill

intelligence he has moved steadily up the ladder as Tooling Manager,
Engineering Supervisor, Production Manager, Plant Manager,

Manager, and now Vice President.

Kathy
enjoys over ten years of experience in the fields of Customer Service,
Production and Inventory Control.
She is currently responsible for maintaining the efficient flow of
information
between customers, the shop floor and Engineering on a daily basis. She
also
acts as liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and our
customers.

Brian
joined Paramount in 1984. After completing his apprenticeship, he
worked as a
Journeyman Tool and Die Maker for many Years. His technical expertise
and
strong background in tool and die fabrication and metal manufacturing
processes
make him a well-qualified product and tooling estimator.
Brian currently provides estimates for new products and preliminary
tool design
as well as coordinating prototype parts to the customer requirements.
